We use your selected service, town or district, phone number and, if supplied, name and message to prepare and discuss a quote. The calculator uses area, property type and cleaning options for an estimate. An exact address is requested when a visit needs to be arranged. The form does not request identity documents, bank details or sensitive information. Please do not include these or unnecessary information about others. Billing uses only the details required for the relevant financial documents.
Responding to your quote request, arranging and performing a service rely on steps at your request before a contract or performance of that contract: Article 6(1)(b) of Moldova’s Law No. 195/2024. Mandatory records rely on legal obligations under paragraph (c). Website security, abuse prevention and the defence of rights rely on legitimate interests under paragraph (f), subject to necessity and your rights. Optional analytics relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a), which you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings. Receiving a quote does not depend on agreeing to advertising. Requests are not used to automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Entered details stay in the browser form until you choose to continue. The WhatsApp button opens a link containing the prepared text and your completed details. WhatsApp may receive that text and technical data when the link opens, before you send the message. Diamond Clean receives the message after you send it in the app. You may edit the text first, or contact us by phone or email instead. The website form does not currently send requests through an automated email service. The calculator copy button puts the summary, including your phone and location if completed, in your device clipboard only when pressed. The website does not read the clipboard; its retention and possible synchronisation depend on your device settings.
Vercel hosting processes technical data needed to deliver and secure pages, such as IP address, browser information, time and requested resource. The application does not save your name, phone or form message in localStorage or sessionStorage. Calculator settings are kept in the tab session. Your analytics choice is kept for up to 180 days and checked on the next visit. Google Analytics (G-SLGLY5M704) loads only if you allow analytics. It uses cookie identifiers, page and referring addresses, browser/device information and interactions to understand site usage. We do not send form field values or the WhatsApp message text to Analytics, and forms do not put these details in website page addresses; the WhatsApp link is explained separately above. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled. No advertising pixels or social widgets are loaded. See the cookie policy linked in the footer for details.
Enquiry and correspondence retention depends on the time needed to answer, prepare a quote and, where relevant, provide the service. Further retention must be limited to data needed for legal duties, complaints or the defence of rights, taking account of the periods applicable to the particular document and circumstances. There is no single period for every conversation. Data-rights requests require only the minimum record needed to demonstrate how they were handled. This website does not automatically delete Gmail/WhatsApp conversations; the administration is responsible for applying these criteria and deleting them. You can ask it for the period applicable to your case. The privacy choice remains valid for 180 days; an expired record is removed at the next website check, not by a browser expiry timer. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Retention of data already received by Google and Vercel logs depends on account settings and provider rules and cannot be established from the website code. Withdrawal stops future measurement without automatically deleting previously transmitted data.
The administration and people arranging or delivering a cleaning service access necessary order details within their roles. Technical providers include Vercel for hosting, WhatsApp if you choose that channel, and Google Analytics for permitted statistics, and Google/Gmail for emails to the company. Providers may process some information for their own purposes under their policies. Information is shared with an accountant, advisers or authorities only with a relevant purpose and legal basis. We do not sell customer data.
Vercel, Google and WhatsApp may process data in the EEA, USA and other countries depending on the service and infrastructure. Article 44(2) of Law No. 195/2024 provides a separate regime for transfers to EEA states. Other destinations require an applicable mechanism, such as an NCPDP adequacy decision or safeguards under Article 46. A provider’s public documentation alone does not demonstrate that the company has concluded every required agreement. Ask the administration about recipients, countries and safeguards applicable to your data, including how to obtain a copy of them. Analytics consent is not presented as blanket permission for any transfer.
You can request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and portability where the law provides it. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the legal basis. Do not send an identity document unless requested; additional checks are requested only when necessary. We normally respond free of charge within one month. Access is limited to the purposes for which data was collected. The administration handles deletion requests and incidents. The calculator provides an estimate and does not make automated decisions with legal effects.
