Quotes and appointments
The calculator and form request a quote; they do not automatically confirm a booking or create a contract. Services, total price, date, access and payment terms are communicated and agreed before work starts. There are no online payments on this website.
Prices and work
Estimates are indicative and expressed in Moldovan lei (MDL). Rates marked as demonstration prices are not binding commercial offers. Area, materials, condition, access and extra services may affect the price. Travel and additional charges must be communicated in the final quote. Extra work is carried out after the customer agrees.
Changes and complaints
Please give notice as soon as possible to change or cancel a booking. Any special conditions are communicated before the order is accepted; this website does not impose an automatic cancellation fee. For a service issue, email Cleandiamond71@gmail.com with the date, service and a description. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including those applicable to distance contracts.
Personal data
Request data is handled under the privacy policy. Using the calculator does not mean agreeing to marketing. You can call or email instead of opening WhatsApp.
